Built an enrollment wizard where employees enter minimal info and immediately see real pricing across carriers. Handles encrypted SFTP feeds to MetLife, Ally Health, and Hartford, ACH payments, PDF invoicing, and commission tracking.

A residential energy company with 60,000+ customers had no mobile presence — everything required a phone call during business hours.
Solution
Ran discovery sessions, mapped screens, and delivered a cross-platform React Native prototype in days. Deployed via Expo to a VPS so stakeholders could test it directly on their phones.
Problem
Dealerships called franchise locations to place vehicle protection orders with no visibility into pricing, capacity, or status. Corporate needed a centralized platform across all franchise groups.
Solution
Built a multi-tenant portal with a guided order wizard, real-time pricing, VIN auto-fill, and bidirectional sync with the legacy CRM via MSSQL stored procedures. Admins manage per-dealership pricing, capacity, and granular permissions.

Budgeting apps are boring. No product made financial self-awareness entertaining enough that people would actually share it with friends.
Solution
Built a fintech app that connects bank accounts via Plaid and uses Claude AI to generate shareable spending "roasts" — a slide deck with punchy insights, charts, and a spending personality. Monetized with credits via Stripe and a viral referral system.
Problem
Retail backtesting tools lack tick-level data, proper cross-validation, and scale. Serious strategy development needs statistical rigor without expensive infrastructure.
Solution
Built a serverless platform where strategies are coded in a live Monaco editor and each trading day dispatches to Lambda for parallel execution against tick data from S3. Supports optimization campaigns, rolling validation with holdout periods, and full parameter sweeps.
